Pui Ying Van Horne Chinese School was formerly known as Wen Han Chinese School, founded by Principal Andrew Mak in 1983. In 2007, the School joined the family of Pui Ying Christian Services Society and became Pui Ying Van Horne Chinese School. Principal Mak continued to remain as the Principal until he passed away in 2009.
Van Horne 中文學校原 名文漢中文學校，由麥校長於1983年創立。2007 年加入培英的大家庭，成為培英Van Horne中文學校。 麥校長繼續擔任校長至2009年辭世。
