Richard Wong Memorial

Pui Ying Richard Wong Memorial Chinese School was formerly known as Vancouver Fraserview Chinese School located in David Oppenheimer Elementary School.  It was founded by Principal Richard Wong who always aspired to uphold the principle of promoting Canadian multiculturalism and Chinese heritage and culture. He implemented his vision by establishing the Vancouver Fraserview Chinese School and wholeheartedly nurtured it for 30 years until he passed away in 2013. Continuing with Principal Richard Wong’s legacy, Pui Ying Christian Services Society operated the Chinese School and renamed it to Pui Ying Richard Wong Memorial Chinese School in his honor in 2014.

培英華耀中文學校前身為 溫哥華 Fraserview 中文學校，由黃棣生校長創立。黃校長本著弘揚拿大多元文化和中國傳統與文化的原則，熱心辦學達30年至2013年辭世。基督教培英中心秉承其意願而接辦該校，於2014學年命名為培英華耀中文學校。
